We know buying online be challenging. We've made a our exchange and return program as seamless as possible to give you the best experience with us.
We offer one free return or exchange* for orders within Canada.
Regular Priced Merchandise
• 30 days from the ship date
• 30 days, exchanges or store credit only
• After 30 days, no returns or exchanges - sorry!
Sale Merchandise
• 30 days (from shipping date for online orders or receipt date for in-store purchases) for exchange or store credit only - unfortunately, there are no refunds on any sale/marked down items (includes items marked down 20% or more)
• Items that are clearly marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged or returned
• Items that are clearly marked EXCHANGE ONLY may only be exchanged for another item - no refunds or returns.
Please Note:
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. Live Love Faithful reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to sender.
Washing item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.
Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law. Gift cards do not contain an expiration date and can be used at any time with us.
*Free returns or exchanges means that we'll cover the cost of one of your orders and the item(s) coming back to us - no waiting in line at the post office to buy postage! If you are returning item(s) for a refund for store credit - the shipping charges you incurred at the time of your order will not be refunded since this was the cost to ship it out to you originally.
Live Love Faithful offers one free return to orders that have been shipped within Canada. Any additional returns or exchanges are subject to an additional fee.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Online Orders
1. Head over to our Contact Us Page and enter your order number along with the e-mail address associated with the order.
2. Select the items and the reason why you're looking to return.
3. Specify Return Items.
4. You will then receive an email containing the prepaid label. Be sure to return the package within the 30 day window (30 days from the ship date)
Once your return package makes its way back to our hub in Mississauga, Ontario, you will be issued a refund or store credit given that the items are in re-sellable condition. If you are requesting for a refund, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) plus applicable taxes - please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
*Only orders placed within Canada are eligible for free returns. Orders placed and shipped outside of Canada will be responsible for postage return.
